Service is billed at 95/hr and construction billed at an hourly rate of 75/hr. Service jobs taking less than 3 hours to complete will receive an additional truck charge of $30.00. Materials are billed at cost plus 8%. Sub trades and water delivery are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
In town aboveground pool openings/ closings are flat rate service billed at $375.00, in grounds are billed at $425.00. Service includes chemicals, cover cleaning/ placement and mechanical hook up/ tear down and antifreeze. Hot tub closings and pool filling are available at an additional fee.
Liner measurements are billed at $500.00. If the liner is installed by TOC the measurement fees are waived and incorporated into an individual quote. Typical above ground liner changes will run between $1200 and $2500; In ground liners range from $3500 -$7500 depending on size, pattern and scope of work.
